We are looking for call center agents with extra ordinary communication skills.

Tasks and responsibilities are as follow:

  • Medical software handling
  • Patient demographics
  • Calling patients to remind them about their upcoming appointments.
  • Daily basis updated call history
  • Weekly based updated call history
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Making Outbound calls
  • Answering Patient inquiry
  • Routing calls
  • Patient scheduling
  • Patient Rescheduling
  • Follow up Authorizations approvals
  • Productivity reports
  • Coordinating with departments related to Patient concerns
