• Dealing client communication (phone & email) regarding clients’ issues/requirements.
  • Reporting issues/requirements to concerned department, taking updates and informing clients.
  • Training new clients (Doctors and their entire staff) on software and providing support to live clients.
  • Project management & implementation
  • Serve as single point of contact for project management, and issue escalation. 
  • Perform job roles in compliance with IS Policies and Procedures and Acceptable usage of asset and services guidelines.  

 

Requirements:

  • 2-3 year’s call center/customer support experience.
  • Bachelors in Medical/Social Sciences
  • Exceptional engagement and communication skills.
  • Professional attitude, disciplined, organized and dedicated personality.
  • Attention to detail and ability to participate in overall customer relationship management activities.
