  • Daily HR Operations Management (i.e. Daily Attendance Supervision, Leave Record and Management, Staff Handling Grievances) 
  • Assisting in payroll processing.
  • Managing Staff Strength as per approved strength
  • Supervising Employee Files updation
  • Making Recruitment Calls and conducting Initial Interviews
  • Arrangement of Employee Contractors
  • Handling Inter Office Communications
  • Managing the full and final settlement of employees on HR part
  • Manage Office’s day to day operations.
