Piffers Security Services (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a proactive and well-spoken Customer Services Executive to join our team in Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our services, and ensuring high customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively. This role involves engaging with customers across multiple communication platforms to deliver a seamless support experience. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in customer service and strong communication skills. The position does not require managing a team but focuses on individual contribution and excellent customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a professional manner
- Use customer relationship management tools to record and update customer information accurately.
- Resolve complaints and issues promptly through effective problem solving and clear communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure of cases
- Adhere to company policies, service standards, and response timelines
- Prepare basic customer service reports when required
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and professional communication at all times.
- Work closely with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Manage time to prioritize and handle multiple customer interactions daily.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures in all customer dealings.
- Utilize multichannel communication platforms to maximize service efficiency and customer reach.
