- Moving the sale through the entire sales process and at the conclusion of the sale owning the Subsequent relationship, with the help of the headquarters office.
- This includes taking an active role in sales including the RFP process.
- Making prospecting a part of the regular routine, ensuring that new prospects are being added to the pipeline on a consistent basis.
- Work with PIFFERS team to create and implement a successful Business development plan.
- Staying well informed about current industry trends and being able to talk intelligently about the industry.
- Prepares written presentations, reports and price quotations.
- Leading all aspects of the sales process, including contract negotiations.
- Targeting and closing "green-field" accounts plus to generate and develop new leads and businesses in order to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Defining and maintaining a sales plan and executing against it.
- Developing effective relationships with other stakeholders including Marketing, Finance, and Operations etc.
- Developing sales objectives, manage the development of plans, and consistently and accurately forecast quarterly and annual revenue streams.
- Manage a pipeline of self-sourced and inbound leads to identify, qualify, and develop relationships with potential clients
- To meet and attain the sales quota/targets
