Piffers Security Services (pvt) Limited is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager (Field). This role is essential for developing and executing effective sales strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer relationships. The ideal candidate possesses a solid background in business and marketing, with a demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and performance metrics. The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting sales targets, maintaining accurate reporting in line with company policies, and leading their team by example to achieve and exceed these goals and targets. The Sales Manager must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet/email platforms. Experience with ERP systems is preferred and will aid in managing detailed sales data and customer interactions. The candidate should have a vehicle/motor-bike and the company will provide a fuel allowance of 50 liters (fuel card). The position is field-based. The candidate should have at least three years of relevant experience in sales management, making them a critical contributor to the company's success and growth in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Manage and motivate a sales team, providing leadership, training, and performance feedback.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and assess competitive activities.
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to maximize company profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed sales reports in accordance with company policies, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools to manage sales data, customer information, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate marketing efforts and optimize overall business strategies.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and adapt sales strategies to changing market conditions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements throughout all sales activities.
