Job Description

PINNACLE requires offshore Customer Service Executive for its inbound operations in the night shift. Person should have command in French language skills. Handling customers via Live Chats, Inbound Calls & Email Correspondence are the major tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proficient with well accented French language skills.
  • Availability in Night Shift is a must. 
  • Clear & confident telephone manner.
  • Typing & data entry skills in excess of 20 words a minute
  • A primary knowledge of using a computer is mandatory.
  • Good English language skills are required.
  • Punctual and meet deadlines on time.
