We are looking for a HR & Admin Executive, their role will be a mixture of both. The proportions of each will vary according to the work requirement and their own background and talents.
Requirements:
- Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
- Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, and selecting candidates.
- Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
- Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
- Undertaking regular salary reviews.
- Maintaining employee records.
- Planning and delivering trainings and orientation to the old and new staff.
- Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
