Pinnacle is looking for Optical Sales Specialist for its physical outlet in Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner & ensure high-quality customer service.
- Assist with answering phone calls efficiently. Ensure all customer service complaints are handled effectively & efficiently.
- Check on the status & notify customers when orders are in & of any delays.
- Ensure all customers receive eyeglasses in a timely manner according to their specific requirements.
- Verify that finished eyewear meets optical standards.
- Responsible for handling daily customers & complete dispensing of spectacles.Ensure store cleanliness policies adhere all times.
Position Requirements:
Must have experience in optical sales.
Good knowledge about eyeglasses, lenses & their frame sizes.
Ability to present & sell eyeglass features & specialty lenses.
Proper understanding of eye prescription is must required.
Responsible for a day today sales & stock management.
A person should be presentable with good communication skills.
Timings: 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per month
