PINNACLE is looking for an experienced and professional “Project Manager - Sales” with strong leadership skills and ability to manage, train and develop sales team. He must have experience in the call center industry, dealing with international clients and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Individual will assist in establishing call center objectives, provide representatives with opportunities to expand their knowledge of services, train, prepare and motivate team members to provide excellent service to customers.
  • Analyze objectives and call center metrics, have to meet the defined project deadlines.
  • Preparing monthly reports and analyzing sales data to improve process, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Authorizing replacements and refunds.
  • Managing operations and targets independently.
  • Ensuring team members achieve their targets timely.

Requirements:

  • 8 to 10 years hardcore sales experience is must with proven results.
  • Proficiency in English communication skills.
  • Must have vast experience in call center industry working with international clients and customers.
  • Graduate or equivalent degree (BBA/MBA).
  • Ability to manage and motivate employees. .
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Need to manage in-house & overseas team in Australia & UAE.
  • Know-how of Print & Exhibitions industry is a plus point.
  • Overseas travelling will be required. 

Shift: Night shift

Experience: 7 - 8 years call center and managerial experience. 

Salary: 80,000 – 125,000 per month
