Responsibilities:
* Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.
* Plan, prioritize, supervise, review and assist within purchasing of items including the technical and specialized procurement of supplies, materials and services for all departments.
* Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
* Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

* Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
* Determine quantity and timing of deliveries & monitoring level of demand.
* Ensure clear requirements of documentation.
* Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the organization.
* Strong negotiating ability with suppliers and contractors. ·
* Work-out proactive strategy to counter emergencies and prepare control strategies.
* Analyze and evaluate the cost, quality and suitability of supplies, services, materials, and equipment against specifications with the concern department’s Head and assist in forecasting future needs for each department purchasing needs
* Project scope in collaboration with end-user
* Strong liaison with contractors for Job / project execution, stage-wise control and successful commissioning.
* Approve ordering of necessary goods and services. ·
