Pioneer Logics is looking for an HR Assistant.
- The ideal candidate should be a graduate in relevant field.
What We’re Looking For:
- Facilitating human resources processes
- Participating in recruitment efforts
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
- Assisting in new employment assessments
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
- Assisting in orientation sessions of new hires
- Maintaining employment status and similar records
- Providing customer service to organization employees
- Preparing new employee files
- Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
- Maintain leave management record of all employee
- Assisting with the performance review processes
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
- Fluency in written English.
- Solid communication skills
- BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Fresh graduates can apply.
- Candidate residents of Johar Town or surroundings will have an edge.
