Country Manager: Pakistan
- The Pakistan Country Manager will help us start to sell in the Pakistani cosmetics market.
- Working without day-to-day supervision, you will use your regional expertise and industry knowledge to build relationships with distributers and retail outlets throughout Pakistan.
- We are looking for someone with very good knowledge of the Pakistani cosmetics industry, who has previously worked with distributers in the country and who can show success in previous projects making new products or brands available for sale in Pakistan.
- You will have a good feel for the commercial parts of the market and be able to identify relevant distributers and manage our relationship with them.
- Overall, you will be able to help our cosmetics brand be made available to shoppers in Pakistan and then be able to help us grow in the market to meet agreed targets.
Specific tasks may include:
- Identifying relevant distributers and stores.
- Create interest in the brand with distributers and stores.
- Keep good relationships with customers.
- Identifying opportunities for new products in the region.
- In charge of marketing and social media for the Pakistan region.
- Monitoring competitors all the time.
- Representing the brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Helping develop strategy for the region on an ongoing basis.
- Reporting on activities and data on an agreed regular basis.
Basic Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent in English as well as local languages
- Significant relevant experience in the cosmetics industry in Pakistan
- Very good knowledge of the Pakistani cosmetics marketplace
- Proof of success in previous work with distributers in the region
- Computer literate, able to use Office programs and communicate electronically
- Able to manage own work without guidance
- Access to own transport and able to travel as required
