· Responsible for curriculum development, coordination and its implementation in all branches.
· Management of academic section of web portal and its operations.
· Plan, coordinate, and communicate with all associated management professionals in relation to implementing strategic plans.
· Organizing, conducting and supervising training sessions to prepare staff in basic and advanced tutoring skills as well as, introducing new pedagogical innovations.
· Carrying out supervisory visits of branches.
· Interviewing, hiring, directing, training and counseling of branch heads for getting desired academic outputs.
