The responsibilities include:
Manage Accounts Department and Deal with day to day transactions.
Manage All FBR and SECP documents and online submissions
Provide technical assistance to HR and Admin personnel in HR policies and procedures.
Maintain a system to monitor attendance, leave records, time records of staff and ensures that office discipline is maintained.
Maintain company accounts using QuickBooks.
Maintain system for the purchasing of furniture, fixtures, office equipment.
Manage updating employee’s personnel files.
Advocate and promote a healthy, creative and safe work environment.
Develop the organizational structure and other directives and documents.
A process for carrying out travel arrangements including lodging and boarding of staff.
