Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Empowering teams to embrace an agile way of working, identifying and introducing opportunities for individual/leader/team improvements and building agile capability.
- Design and facilitation of agile ceremonies, workshops, and other key events. Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Facilitating predictable delivery, maintaining the continuous flow of work, and delivering the performance of the team.
- Cultivating a high degree of visibility of delivery progress and client team accountability to delivery goals.
- Proactively anticipating blockers and impediments to progress, and taking ownership of resolution.
- Maintaining agile artifacts and delivery data.
- Design and deliver agile learning labs to facilitate learning and grow key agile skills.
- Help teams navigate agile tools and software particularly in a remote working environment.
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.
Qualifications & experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a dedicated Scrum Master role
- Experience delivering large technical projects in an agile environment
- Agile transformation experience desired
- Agile qualifications across varied techniques preferred
- Ability to quickly build and maintain excellent relationships
- Experience in leveraging digital collaboration and tracking tools to support delivery.
- Having SCM certifications are a plus point.
