Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with a strong focus on UX/UI to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating elegant and intuitive user interfaces and have experience in building scalable, maintainable, and efficient web applications. You will work closely with our product and design teams to develop and improve our user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Build reusable components and libraries for future use
Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Create responsive designs using Bootstrap and/or Tailwind CSS
Utilize UI frameworks and design systems to build consistent and reusable UI components
Work with designers to ensure designs are translated accurately and efficiently into code
Build interfaces that are accessible, performant, and optimized for different devices and screen sizes
Develop and implement automated tests to ensure quality and reliability of UI components

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Experience with build tools such as Webpack or Gulp
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with UI frameworks and design systems such as Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
Experience with testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, or Selenium
Experience working in an agile development environment
