Inspection of Materials Storage at Warehouses, Commissary and Cold Storage in accordance with Yum’s Food Safety and Quality guidelines. It also includes intimation to the Supplier and Supply Chain Department about the Quantities held by him on Quality grounds along with the reasons of non-conformance.
Supporting Warehouse and Commissary staff for their respective facility maintenance in accordance with the requirements of Yum.
Assisting assistant Manager QA in the development and maintenance of Material specifications.
Drawing of samples from the samples of Poultry Products, Water, Ice cubes, Vegetables, Sauces and Dressings against pre-defined schedule and submission of the same to accredited laboratories for testing. It also involves compilation of results on Yum’s provided format and submission of the same to QA Manager for evaluation and submission to the Region.
Visit to Restaurants for Product cutting and analysis of Chicken Products (both Raw and cooked), Bakery Products and other Dry/Frozen Products in accordance with pre-defined requirements and frequencies of the Company and Yum. It also involves compilation of results on Yum’s provided format and submission of the same to QA Manager for evaluation and submission to the Region.
Visit to Restaurants, Commissary and Warehouse to attend and resolve Material/Product related queries/complaints raised by Internal and External Customers.
Visit to Restaurants, Conducting FSCC audits to ensure food is being prepared as per NSF Food safety Standards.
Bridge between Restaurants and IPM Services suppliers for resolving Pest related problems. It also involves verification of frequency of Pest services being done at the outlets along with the service results.
