The Role:

Sales Representative

Location:

Remote/web-based/Work-from-Home.

Shift:

This is a permanent night-shift position (07:00 p.m. to 04:00 a.m. PKT) for five working days per week.

 

Salary Bracket:

PKR 70,000 + Commissions

Responsibilities:

As a wholesale and retail sales representative, you will be responsible for:

·         Developing and maintaining relationship with existing business customers by servicing existing accounts, building rapport with key stakeholders, and obtaining orders in a timely and proactive manner.

·         Assisting in resolution of client complaints by proactively assisting in investigating the identified problems, preparing reports, recommending possible solutions and assisting in their development, once approved.

·         Developing and maintaining relationship with potential business customers by proactively engaging with possible customer database, developing product knowledge, negotiating prices, and assisting with answering any customer questions and concerns.

·         Maintaining area- and customer-specific sale records for reporting and analysis purposes.

·         Developing sales presentations, performing monthly & annual territory sales analysis, and generating forecasting reports.

·         Analyzing existing and potential client database to identify business opportunities.

·         Analyzing products, services and customer policies by evaluating sales results, industry trends and competitor practices, making recommendations to appropriate stakeholders.

·         Developing an understanding of and familiarity with product literature and price lists.

·         Developing an understanding of and familiarity with marketplace segmentation, new product releases, merchandizing techniques, and delivery schedules etc.

·         Collaborating with internal departments and relevant stakeholders to achieve team and department goals.

·         Generating and maintaining daily activity call log and sales reports.

·         Good problem solving skills.

·         Good work ethics, and self-motivation.

Hard Skills:

·         Familiarity with IT products, and understanding of basic technical jargon.

·         Familiarity with Google Apps for Business.  An understanding of JavaScript an additional plus.

·         Experience of working and reporting with Zoho (or similar CRM tool) will be a huge plus.

Qualification:

·         Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Computer Sciences or Business Administration).

Experience:

·         At least 1-year experience in sales.
