A professional with minimum 10 years experience is required for performing following responsibilities:
1- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day to day operations through personal interaction with plant employees.
2-Provide regular coaching, guidance and direction to production, maintenance, sanitation and quality control/ assurance managers.
3-Ensure production efficiency, capacity utilization and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards,
4-Leads the production planning and scheduling process by evaluating projected sales volumes, inventory requirements, RM and PM availability and ensures adequate supplies are on-hand to achieve production plan,
5-Be overall responsible for production output, product quality and ontime dispatches,
6-Prepare, analyze and issue production and performance reports on agreed KPIs.
7-Ensures a safe work environment is maintained at all times,
8-Prepare annual budget for production department, analyze monthly operation reports and take any necessary corrective actions to minimize costs.
9- Share a trusting relationship with plant and HO teams and recruit, manage and develop plant staff,
10- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program,
11- Provides a direct oversight for the supply chain management team including planning, R&D, procurement, logistics, distribution along with a strong connection to marketing, sales, finance, quality assurance and human resources team,
12-Develop and maintain a work environment that ensures positive employee relations, flexibility and quick response to issues,
13-Stay up to date with latest production management best pratices and concepts.
