- Dealing and solve HR related matters.
- Coordination with departments for better cooperation.

- Attendance Management and punctuality supervision.
- Policy implementation and development.
- Effectively manage employee separations.
- Execution of yearly Performance Management across the company.
- Ensuring effective management of documentation of employee records.
- Discipline management across the company.
- Handling of employee grievances.
- Compensation and Benefits Management.
- Ensure OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety) Ensure implementation of EMS, FSMS and QMS Procedures in the department/section.
- Management of employee competency criteria, organogram, JD, medical screening record etc.
- Administer timely execution of monthly payroll.
- Management Reporting.
