An Engineering Co, located in Karachi has an urgent requirement for the position of Injection Molding Shift Supervisor Job Requirements:
- DAE/B.E (Polymer/Mechanical)
- 3-5 years hands on experience
- Candidate should display an understanding of molding machine and its parameter setting, molds changing and its maintenance
- Trouble shooting, preparation of daily production reports and maintaining records of machine breakdown, material receipt and consumption
- Implementation and follow up on 5S, Kaizan and Kanban activities
- Candidate having experience in operating Conventional machine (Like Lathe and milling etc.) in workshop will preferred
- Candidate should have an energetic personality with some good communication, team work and supervisory skills
- Candidate needs to be be able to make on the spot decisions and implement company directives as required.
