- Daily Inspection at Plant for running production and ensure its proper application.
- Arrange 5 to 6 days inspection of samples to record performance trend.
- All inspections must cover all proper application parameters mentioned in the application guide.
- Provide on ground technical support to Plant team for its proper application .
- Record production Lot nos. in daily report
- Coordinate with other dept. and Customer procurement (concern) departments for safety stock and smooth supplies .
- Arrange periodic maintenance along with customer plant team.
- Follow all safety, quality and administrative instructions announce by plant management.
- After Market complaint study along with customer team to find out root cause of defect,
- Create friendly environment along with Customer team to enhance Customer relations.
