• Sales officer is responsible for visiting shops/ market of assign areas.
• Responsible to follow daily visit schedule so that every dealer must be visited four times in a month or at least twice.
• Sales officer have to make both cold calls and planned calls.
• Achieve sales target brand wise
• Achieve recovery target dealer wise
• Intrinsically be focus on recovering stuck amounts from assign dealer by visiting them.
• Will responsible for adding new mega dealer in customer base (dealer acquisition)
• Will responsible to keep check on overall credit exposure of assign dealers.
• Responsible to keep every assign dealer activated.
• Responsible to reactive dormant dealer.
• Established good and professional relationship with the customers and provide them better services as per the company policies.
• Track all sales, appointment, complain and recovery for line managers.
• Follow-up on client’s deliveries payments and recoveries.
• Marketing officer will be responsible for market (aware of new policies, prices new competitors marketing strategies etc)
• Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
