KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- According to the regional business development plan, formulate and implement the regional sales plan to ensure the achievement of the sales target
- Responsible for the development of new customers and maintenance of old customers in the region.
- Responsible for collecting, sorting and analyzing regional market information, and providing reasonable suggestions for regional business layout;
- Implement the regional plan of product and brand promotion, and improve regional product and brand influence.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, engineering background is preferred;
- At least 3 of years working experience in overseas sales. Fluent spoken English can be used as a working language
- Good communication skills and adaptability, good business negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain customers independently
- Active, strong self-confidence, and responsible at work
- Must have Recruiting and staffing company experience in sales
