§ Manage existing clients and ensure they are satisfied and positive
§ Build relationship with inactive members/brokers, present to them, ultimately convert them active members/brokers
§ Ensure proper records are being maintained for all sales & relationship building activities
§ Oversee monthly Management Information System Report (MIS)
§ Oversee development and updating of Business Development Manual
§ Oversee Training Development Program
§ Be prepared and available to work with other departments, or independently as directed by senior management, on assigned tasks in the company’s interest
§ Develop in-depth knowledge of PMEX products, business model, and operations
