1. Contribute to the strategic planning of marketing activities to drive forward agreed company objectives
2. Assist marketing team in preparing annual marketing budget
3. Serve as a liaison between company and creative agencies for the purpose of development and execution of marketing collateral
4. Assist in production of marketing collateral including brochures, newsletters, annual reports, calendars, and giveaways etc.
5. Assist in developing company presentations
6. Prepare and disseminate Top Ten Broker list
7. Plan and assist in organizing events
8. Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth execution of projects
9. Maintain and update information on the website
10. Manage web banner advertisement on the company website
11. Arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials
12. Maintain, build and update distribution list of brokers, media, associations etc.
13. Manage inventory of marketing collateral
14. Maintain and update market budget on a regular basis
15. Liaison with Finance department to process payments
16. Plan and assist in organizing awareness programs on PMEX premises, in business schools, associations corporate etc.
17. Prepare and disseminate circulars and update them on corporate website
18. Manage social media activities to build brand image of the Company
19. Prepare Facebook metrics report on a monthly basis
20. Prepare monthly MIS for the department
21. Update on LED Tickers on daily basis
22. Lead any other project assigned by the Manager and Head of Department
