  • As a Billing Customer Service Rep, you will be dealing directly with the patient inquiries and complaints as well as issues as reported via phone or customer service calls and correspondence regarding billing. You will also oversee the collection of timely documentation from network providers and patients to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • This is a billing role where representatives will take inbound calls from patients regarding questions on their bills (not technically call center position). Must know how to read EOB). Reps will also be responsible for updating patient accounts, making it important to have knowledge of CPT, ICD-9/10 and HCPCS codes
  • Must have grip on Spanish and English both languages.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
