PNC Solutions is seeking for a sharp and eager to learn Junior Finance Executive to join our Finance team. Undergraduates/Graduates with a course in Accounts/Finance or basic understanding and knowledge of Accounts/Finance, its tools and strategies will be preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
- Prepare balance sheets, process invoices.
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Update internal systems with financial data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements, Track bank deposits and payments.
- Assist with budget preparation.
- Reconcile accounts in an accurate and timely manner.
- Prepare and manage various accounting documents and records.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in the related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Hands on expertise with accounting software (i.e. QuickBooks).
- Strong attention to detail, team player, good time-management skills.
