Business Development Executive
Rate: 30-45K (along with an attractive bonuses structure)
Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (PKT) (Monday – Friday)
Job Description:
PNM Group (a Toronto based software & design house) is looking to hire an experienced and result-oriented candidate for the position of Business Development Executive. Ideal candidate should have excellent communication and conversational skills along with a strong grip on prospecting, networking and b2b relationships management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify potential prospects and develop relationships based on business buying behaviour
· Cold-calling to potential prospects (businesses) to identify their web-development, design and digital media marketing related needs
· Identify the decision-makers within targeted lead to begin sales process and build a relationship with them
· Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from potential prospects
· Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via phone and email cross-sell and up-sell
· Handle inbound, unsolicited prospects calls and convert them into sales
· Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
· Prospecting and networking via LinkedIn to build the network of potential leads
· Fulfilling daily targets are given by management
Skills Required:
· Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
· Good time-management skills, ability to multitask, maintain focus and discipline
· Prior telesales/cold-calling experience and/or excellent telephonic skills
· B2B International Sales experience
· Good online searching for skills and knowledge of online freelance platforms
· Good knowledge of social media marketing and other leads generation platforms
