• Consulting and guiding students on admission-related queries, and following best practices for Admissions procedures by collecting data and information regarding admission.
  • Assess student interests, aptitudes, and abilities in order to assist in academic and career planning.
  • Managing all workshops.
  • Daily operations, maintenance of the branch, and responsible for all recoveries.
  • Handle and process the cases of students with extreme care.
  • Keeping and maintaining the documentation related to course content, class schedules, faculty attendance and records related to student affairs.
  • Facilitating and resolving the issues of students and faculty members, managing and leading the team effectively.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of high-quality customer care at all times.
  • Dedication to other tasks assigned by management, and Prepare monthly reports which will be reviewed by CEO.
  • Ensure that results are measured against standards, while making necessary changes along the way.
