Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in students and visitors.
- Handle Admissions and Recovery calls in a professional manner.
- Provide complete course and registration details to potential students.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups calls, and admissions.
- Coordinate with instructors and administrative staff.
- Support branch operations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Follow up with potential and existing students for admissions and recoveries.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh or 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or front desk roles.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online tools.
- Positive, professional attitude.
