NY Trainings is seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Coordinating and conducting employee onboarding and orientation sessions
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations
- Handling employee relations issues, including disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization
- Managing and administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off policies
- Assisting with performance management and employee development initiatives
- Providing support to other HR functions as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
