Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist walk-in students and visitors.
2. Handle Admissions and Recovery calls in a professional manner.
3. Provide complete course and registration details to potential students.
4. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups calls, and admissions.
5. Coordinate with instructors and administrative staff.
6. Support branch operations and ensure excellent customer service.
7. Follow up with potential and existing students for admissions and recoveries.
Eligibility Criteria:
Fresh or 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or front desk roles.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and online tools.
Positive, professional attitude.
