Point Blanc Media is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Manager to join our Marketing team! As a SEO Manager you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategy for our clientele.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy for the clients
- Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
- Regularly perform thorough keywords research
- Able to understand the client requirements and their business model to develop a good strategy and execute them
- Well versed in writing and reading English language to be able to give constructive feedback to content team and the client on web content.
- Identify key SEO KPIs
- Have knowledge and execution experience of backlinking through guest posting and Web 2.0 and web 3.0 while having a futuristic approach to SEO techniques.
- Preferred to have a set of proven backlinks across various industries.
- Latest white hat strategy to rank the targeted keywords.
- Building profiles on Quora, Reddit and other forums.
- Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
- Prepare and present reports regularly
- Must be proficient in excel to understand data and make appropriate inferences for the team
- Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
- Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
- Collaborate with web developers and marketing team
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Min 2 years experienced in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
- Proven success in SEO
- Experience required in web analytics, marketing, and business development
- Expertise in A/B and other testing methods
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
