Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the solutions team based on Netsuite – define engagement outcomes and business benefits, high-level scope, architecture, implementation approach and effort estimates
  • You are the solution architecture lead for our most critical projects or services and your proposed solutions should fit to deliver robust and cost-effective solutions.
  • The choices you make will define the fitness of our project delivery capabilities and ultimately the success of our business.
  •  You apply judgment and common sense at scale – you’re able to use insight and good judgment to deliver commercially sound, efficient and pragmatic decisions and solutions, and to respond to situations as they arise.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proposal reviews
  • Build strong client relationships through the pre-sales process
  • Participate in client presentations
  • Participate in industry events and forums presenting the Netsuite ERP POV, solutions and capability
  • ERP engagement delivery
  • Fulfill managing architect role on ERP engagements participating in all phases from envisioning and planning through execution and stabilization
  • Define ERP technical and application architectures, participate in detailed design, development and testing phases
  • Conduct QA reviews of ongoing projects
  • Be a subject matter expert for ERP and industry-related topics
  • ERP capability
  • Conduct training for regional team resources
  • Maintain ready availability of ERP demos, labs, prototypes
  • Understand the ERP product roadmap, release dates and launch activities
  • Escalate learnings, challenges and feedback from Netsuite clients
  • Support relationship with other partners (Workato, NSPB, Pyango etc)
  • Support relationship with solution alliance partners
  • Participate in briefings and education sessions on Netsuite ERP
  • Develop an understanding of alliance partner products and how to implement for client solutions
  • Support regions in leveraging alliance partner products as appropriate
