- Booking monthly investment-related journal entries into Accounting Software.
- Monthly reconciliation of bank and investment accounts to custodial statements.
- Monthly preparation of consolidated balance sheets, profit & loss, and cash flow statements and supporting schedules among various entities.
- Preparing annual cash flow budgets, with quarterly actual to expected analysis.
- Preparing ad hoc analysis and reports upon request.
- Liaising with the external auditor and accounts advisor for any requests that may arise.
- All bookkeeping tasks.
- The entry of all relevant transactions into the FBR portal.
REQUIREMENTS FROM THE CANDIDATES
- Having 2 to 3 years’ experience in the relevant field.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
- In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures.
- Staying abreast with the latest accounting laws and policies.
- Working knowledge of GAAP & IFRS is a plus. Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
