Pomakar is seeking a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team and oversee the operation of embroidery machines with precision and care. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in embroidery machine operation and leads a team of 10 individuals, ensuring high-quality output and efficient workflow. This position requires strong attention to detail and expertise in quality control and inspection to maintain the standards of our embroidery products.
In this role, the Embroidery Machine Operator is responsible for managing daily machine operations, resolving technical issues, and guiding team members to optimize production efficiency. The operator ensures that finished products meet quality expectations and complies with production schedules. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the reliability of embroidery machinery and fostering a disciplined, productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products according to specifications.
- Lead and supervise a team of 10 machine operators, providing guidance, training, and support to improve team performance.
- Conduct thorough quality control and inspection of embroidered items to ensure products meet company standards and customer requirements.
- Monitor machine operation for technical issues and perform routine maintenance or coordinate repairs as necessary to minimize downtime.
- Manage production schedules and workflow to meet targets and deadlines while maintaining product quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes and resolve any operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, machine maintenance, and quality inspections.
- Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
- Train team members on proper machine operation techniques and quality standards.
