- Preparing and posting of vouchers
- Sales Credit notes, Disbursement vouchers, credit vouchers.
- Prepare daily management report on a daily basis.
- Prepare and dispatch monthly invoices.
- Contact customers by phone to follow up on receivables.
- Co-ordinate with sales representatives for collection of receivables.
- Resolving any billing/ receivable related issues.
- Ensuring all ledger is accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensure all files are complete and correct documentation is maintained.
