Preparation of payment and receipt vouchers
- Invoicing on the system.
- Following up for Daily receivables.
- Maintaining schedules for Monthly Receivables & Credit Lists.
- Liaise with other departments for any finance related queries.
- Prepare bank vouchers.
Must be trained in
- Accounts Receivables
- Bank Reconciliations
- Sales Tax Invoice
- Ledger Reconciliation
Must have knowledge of Accounting Software (ERP)
Experience of manufacturing industry is preferred
