- Responsible for advertising, interviewing and hiring of employees.
- To handle new hire induction process.
- Issue all departmental letters such as appointment, confirmation, promotion, resignation, retirement, termination & final settlement.
- Administer HR operations.
- Maintenance & controlling of documents and employee files.
