- Responsible for advertising, recruiting, interviewing and hiring of employees.
- Issue all departmental letters such as appointment, confirmation, promotion, resignation, retirement, termination & final settlement.
- Administer performance management system.
- Look after corporate training; analyze training needs & prepare external training matrix, interaction with training institutes and maintain a training record.
