The operation executive is responsible for providing seamless services to the clients by coordinating with overseas and local agents for execution of shipments and ensuring compliance of clients SOPs.
Job Duties
- To provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
- Pre alert maintaining :
- Noting of pre alert docs sent
- Feeding the docs in the software
- Tracking and issuance of delivery order timely
- Recording and feeding of updated statuses of shipments
- Import handling & documentation
- Handle freight forwarding and logistics
