Key Responsibilities:
- Call Center Agents who have worked on USA based campaigns such as Solar, Auto insurance, Home Improvement, Health Insurance, Final Expense, etc. (Solar sales experience will be preferred, but fresh agents can also apply).
- Analyze preliminary data to evaluate whether a home may qualify for solar incentives.
- Qualifies prospective customers for solar and generate appointments for our sales teams.
- Coordinate sales appointments between customers and energy consultants by way of outbound and inbound dialing.
- Work to better understand and overcome customer objections.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Have a professional manner and be experts at establishing rapport with clients quickly.
- Effectively overcome and handles Customer objections.
- Validating prospective customer’s contact and home information in Lead system.
- Create a positive experience for all clients.
- Develop sales presentations and close sales.
Requirements
- Must be a great team player and energetic enough to achieve the daily targets.
- Education: Minimum FA/FSc or equivalent, excellent communication skills in English.
- Prior sales experience is must (at least 1 year), but we are willing to train and invest in the right individual.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and a head for problem solving.
- Innovative, enthusiastic and a proactive team player.
- Timings: 7:00 pm to 5:00 am.
