Join Postex as a Rider responsible for the timely and secure delivery of packages. Responsibilities
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes using navigation and map reading skills to ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage, lead, and motivate a team of 20 riders, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and support to meet delivery targets and company standards.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed with honesty, accuracy, and respect for package safety.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch and customers to update on delivery statuses and address issues.
- Optimize scheduling and time management to maximize delivery efficiency and minimize delays.
- Train and onboard new riders, emphasizing the importance of company policies, safety, and customer service.
- Handle any operational challenges promptly, including route changes, vehicle issues, and unexpected delays.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any incidents that occur during service.
- Promote adherence to all safety and regulatory requirements associated with delivery operations.
