We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer – Angular, who should have an affinity and experience on modern web and mobile technologies and architecture, will be part of our Lahore software development team and will play a key role in the modernization of an enterprise solution and will assist onshore architect in implementing both technical and functional requirements of the project.
Responsibilities:
Implement real-time, high-performance web applications for desktop and mobile.
Develop high quality, maintainable code that scales well and can be re-used in various contexts.
Collaborate in an agile development team to design, develop, test and debug Compuware web-based products.
Work closely with different development teams to meet the requirements.
Responsible for architecting and defining the Front-end framework to solve complex designs and interactions that reflect the creative.
Responsible for mentorship and guidance to technical team members during project activities.
Integrate with back-end systems to create rich, data-driven web applications.
Ability to strategically identify and solve complex technical challenges.
Able to communicate technical information effectively both written and verbally.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent technical Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong 5+ years of software development experience including web development.
Strong previous experience of developing Single Page applications.
Strong experience with Angular, Typescript and its practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience and any JavaScript-based libraries including Google Charts, FusionCharts, D3.js Google maps, etc.
Should be self-starter, self-motivated, write clean code according to Web standards W3C.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
Strong previous experience with Web Front-End development using HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS 3, SASS, Responsive UI using Bootstrap etc.
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools Git, Bitbucket.
Good understanding of tools like NPM, NVM, Gulp or Grunt build automation
A can-do, self-driven attitude, with the ability to be able to contribute to product design and architecture.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented programming and design patterns, preferably UI design patterns.
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment, in collaboration with the local team, colleagues and supervisors.
