Job Description

Project: Sindh Government Children Hospital


  • Acting as a primary point of direct administrative contact, coordination, and liaison with other offices, individuals, and external institutions and agencies on a range of complex operational and administrative issues.
  • Provision of confidential and administrative support for the principal executive include managing the schedule/calendar and dealing directly with administrative problems and inquiries.
  • Develop comprehensive reports on ongoing program, and submit summary reports to management each month
  • Assisting with project development and planning to ensure more efficient service and organization of the office.
  • Manage communications through media relations, social media etc.
  • Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities
  • Help build positive relations within the team and external parties.
  • Arrange meetings and maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions

  • Computer literate; experience working with data bases strongly preferred.
