Excellent Knowledge of MS Office tools like Outlook, Excel and Word.
Have Good Knowledge of Ubiquiti Equipment’s e.g. Ubiquiti Switches, UAP AC Pro, and Ubiquiti Controller etc.
Able to Handle Attendance Machine and its logs.
Responsible of Handle all inventory related to IT Equipment’s.
Contact Vendor’s in case of any hardware issues.
Contact regional IT teams for any issues.
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
Prepare accurate and timely reports.
Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action.
