The position holder will be responsible for day-to-day operations, managing the organization’s administrative functions, helping and creating organizational image. This position's primary responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization's Administrative functions. Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve the efficiency of support services and overall responsible for the administrative functions
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and housekeeping services.
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
