Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify medical, developmental, and psychosocial conditions affecting infants, children, and adolescents.
- Evaluate child development milestones and perform regular developmental screenings to monitor growth and early detection of potential concerns.
- Administer vaccinations according to established immunization schedules and manage all related documentation accurately using the Immunization Information System (IIS).
- Diagnose and treat a broad range of pediatric illnesses, both acute and chronic, ensuring prompt intervention and effective treatment plans.
- Manage pediatric emergencies with confidence and efficiency, providing critical care and stabilization when necessary.
- Maintain precise and detailed medical records for all pediatric patients, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care and share expertise on child health and development.
- Oversee immunization schedule management, ensuring compliance with national and organizational guidelines to maintain high immunization coverage rates.
- Supervise and lead a team of 20 healthcare professionals, including nurses and support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment and continuous professional development.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines to standardize pediatric care delivery and improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with advances in pediatric medicine and public health policies.
- Ensure all practice activities comply with policies set by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council and other relevant regulatory bodies.
- Contribute to community outreach programs aimed at educating parents and caregivers on child health, nutrition, and preventive care.
- Utilize diagnostic testing tools effectively to support clinical decisions and monitor treatment progress.
- Provide compassionate communication and counseling to patients families regarding health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Coordinate with the Public Service Commission and other relevant entities to ensure proper candidate qualifications and comply with employment criteria where applicable.

The root causes of current unrest in whole country especially FATA and FRS are linked with the absence of the opportunities for youth in all sections of life in general and particular in livelihoods. Active participation of the youth in decision making and development of the area is neglected and never given a chance to decide their fate. This made youth of the area frustrated and restless and compelled them to take part in the unhealthy activities. Poverty and the lack of modern curriculum have proved destabilizing factors for Pakistani society as these causes our youth to be exploited by religious organizations banned by the government to run schools and produce militant literature.
